Please contact the Talking Therapies service if you need support.

NHS East Riding Talking Therapies

NHS Talking Therapies offers free, confidential support for people who are experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, stress, worry, panic or obsessive thoughts and behaviours.

The service can also support people whose mental health is being affected by long-term health conditions, work or other pressures in everyday life.

You do not need to wait until things feel overwhelming before asking for help. If something is affecting how you feel, cope or get on with daily life, Talking Therapies may be able to support you.

If you are aged 18+ and registered with an East Riding GP you can access Talking Therapies using the details below. If you are registered with a Hull GP please visit the Let’s Talk Hull Website.
