Growing up is
hard enough
Growing up brings different pressures at different stages, for young people and for the people who care for them. Our teams offer support with emotional wellbeing and mental health, helping young people manage difficult times and making it easier for families to find the right help when they need it.

Contact Point is the main route into children and young people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health services across Hull and the East Riding.
If you are worried about a child or young person and are not sure what support they need, Contact Point can help consider what is happening and direct the referral to the most appropriate service.
The team can help with access to a range of support, from early help and community-based services through to more specialist mental health teams.
