Youth Recovery and Wellbeing College

The Youth Recovery and Wellbeing College is for young people aged 11 to 18 living in Hull and the East Riding. It offers creative, supportive ways to build confidence, explore emotions and improve wellbeing.

Young people help shape what the College offers, with activities designed to feel engaging, inclusive and different from traditional mental health support. Sessions can include art and crafts, music, journaling, sport, poetry, podcasting, team building and online courses.

How to access support

Sessions take place in community settings, schools, colleges and NHS children’s services, with different activities available during term time and school holidays.

The best way to see what is currently available is to visit the Youth Recovery and Wellbeing College platform and explore the latest sessions and activities.
